Energy Tracking’s meter is specifically designed to meter tenant facilities. It is an ideal meter to track energy usage and periodically report the tenant’s energy consumption. It is revenue grade, highly accurate (0.2%) and is UL listed for US and Canada. It has a lithium ion battery that ensures that tenant metered data is backed up in an event of a power failure. This advanced meter can measure three phase power including WYE or DELTA configurations.

It is ideally suited for sub metering tenant space, production facilities or remote locations that require energy usage metering and monitoring. Our web enabled electric meter measures and reports Demand (kW) and Energy (kWh) usage.

Typically, end users that require tenant metering require monthly peak demand (kW) and energy usage (kWh) which our web enabled meter provides. In addition, this smart meter also keeps track of the previous month's demand and energy usage. The kWh registers are cummulative so that energy usage can easily be ascertained over one or more months.

Our advanced meter is primarily designed to provide a low cost mechanism to acquire and transmit real-time data via email, ftp or SOAP Web Service client and reduce communications costs using Ethernet communications. It also has a embedded web server which allows setup and viewing of energy usage information. Our technology for tenant metering has widely been used for a range of applications requiring remote sub metering. Our meter supports a wide input voltage range from 120 to 480 VAC. The unit supports a secondary 0-5 Amp CT. This advanced electric meter can also provide periodic energy usage (load profile) every 5 to 60 minutes. For more details see: WEM-MX
